## 問い合わせるときに書いてほしいこと

次の3つがあると調べが早くなります。

* 登録したメールアドレスと、ログインに使っている方法（Google / Apple / メール）（パスワードは書かないでください）
* 使っている端末とアプリのバージョン（例: iPhone 15 / 1.0.0）
* 何をしたときに、何が起きたか

## 購入について

* **定期購入の解約は、購入した経路で行います。** アプリの退会では止まりません。iPhone は「設定 → Apple アカウント → サブスクリプション」、Android は「Google Play → 定期購入」です（[利用規約](https://tokimake.gitbook.io/tokimake-docs/terms) 第7条）
* **App Store / Google Play で買ったものの返金は、各ストアが受け付けます。** 本アプリからは返金できません（[特定商取引法に基づく表記](https://tokimake.gitbook.io/tokimake-docs/tokushoho)）
* 買った pt は**購入から 120 日**で失効します

## アカウントを消したいとき

アプリの「設定 → アカウント → アカウントを削除」から消せます。手順と、消えるもの・残るものは [アカウントの削除](https://tokimake.gitbook.io/tokimake-docs/account-deletion) に書いています。

## 作品や投稿の通報

作品と投稿には通報の口があります。緊急の場合は上のメールへ、対象の作品名を添えて連絡してください。基準は [コンテンツガイドライン](https://tokimake.gitbook.io/tokimake-docs/content-guidelines) に書いています。
