# アカウントの削除

TokiMake（運営: Xross Road Inc.）のアカウントと、それに紐づくデータを削除する方法です。

## アプリから削除する

Web 版・iOS アプリ・Android アプリのどれからでも削除できます。

1. 「設定」を開く
2. 「アカウント」の欄の「アカウントを削除」を押す
3. 確認の画面で削除を確定する

## アプリを使えないとき

登録したメールアドレスから <info@tokimake.app> へ、件名「アカウント削除の申請」で連絡してください。本人確認のうえ削除します。

## 削除されるもの

* アカウント情報（メールアドレス、ニックネーム、生年月日、プロフィール画像、外部アカウント連携の情報）
* サーバーに保存した記録（遊んだ記録、pt の残高など）

申請から 30 日以内に削除します。削除後 30 日を経過すると復元できません。pt の残高の扱いは [利用規約](https://tokimake.gitbook.io/tokimake-docs/terms) 第15条によります。

## 削除した後も残るもの

## 定期購入について

**アカウントを削除しても、App Store または Google Play で契約したサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されません**。各ストアで別途解約手続を行ってください。
